For best results, insert the bit all the way into the tool and then back it out slightly before tightening down. This provides plenty of shank for the collet or chuck to hold on to.

For deeper grout, make several passes, cutting a little deeper each time. The recommended speed is 23,000 to 27,000 rpm, but it's best to experiment in one area to find the best speed for your application.
